Pricing and Ordering

For pricing and ordering information, please contact us. We’ll confirm the details of your project and then provide a proposal.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. The balance of payment is due prior to shipment.

Lead Times

Please allow 10 – 14 weeks after an order is placed. If we are able to deliver sooner, we will do so.

Shipping and Delivery

All stonework is made to order at our production facilities in Chicago. All pieces are easy to ship, and delivery is available nationwide via common carrier. Crating and shipping quotes are available on request.

Delivery is normally made using a truck with a liftgate, unless a forklift is available at the destination. 

Warranty

All Atelier Jouvence products are guaranteed to be free of defect, except for those variations in color and other characteristics typical of natural stone.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for such variations. Any piece damaged during shipment will be replaced, providing that the materials are inspected on arrival, and Atelier Jouvence is notified within 7 days.

Installation

All stonework should be installed by a trained stone mason. In the Chicago area, Atelier Jouvence can provide referrals to highly-experienced installers. Outside of the Chicago area, it is recommended that a local stone mason be contracted, either independently or via your general contractor.
